I’ve seen this posted a few times, but for the most part, my social media feeds are full of people condemning this nonsense, which makes me feel good about the company I keep. Thank you for speaking out on this ridiculous garbage.
I guess it's something you might learn in school or uni but a lot of people don't know how to determine the credibility of a source right? Those kinds of documentaries play the right music and have the right lab coat etc banking on people assuming they're listening to an actual expert. I find myself yelling at the screen when i see this shit but it must also be so easy to glaze over and get sucked in.
I highly recommend deleting Facebook. I deleted it after the 2016 elections and it's the best thing I've ever done. I've saved myself a lot of aggravation, and that has been confirmed by all of my friends at one point or another.
